Duration: Part-time to possible full time

Hours: Ideally someone who could work 20-30 hrs a week, or approx 2-3 days a week.

Main duties: washing and packing eggs alone or with our team, maintaining a clean area, (powerwashing, washing flats, etc.)

Secondary duties: could be assorted small farm duties to perform if not busy washing eggs

Ideal candidate: willing to learn, excited about working on a small crew or alone, flexible in what each day brings, critical thinking skills, passionate about regenerative agriculture!

Experience working on a farm is not NECESSARY, as long as you are willing to learn!

Compensation: $17/hr, half hour paid lunch, all the eggs you could eat.

Main duties: Collecting eggs, feeding & watering livestock, using tractors, moving temporary netting, fixing WATER LINES, all things a farm can throw at you.
